Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Diacure Nutrition and Lifestyle Clinic. We aim to offer high-quality services and curated health products. As our offerings include personalized programs and third-party food deliveries, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

1. Consultation & Program Services

1.1 Non-Refundable Services

All fees paid for consultations, personalized wellness programs, and digital health services are non-refundable once the service has commenced or the first consultation has been completed.

1.2 Cancellation Before Start

If you wish to cancel a booked program or consultation before it begins, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In such cases, we may issue a credit note valid for 3 months, which can be used for future services.

2. Food Products (Meals & Bakery Items)

2.1 No Returns on Perishables

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of ready-to-eat meals and bakery items, we do not accept returns on any food product once it has been delivered.

2.2 Refunds for Valid Service Failures

A refund may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Non-delivery of order
  • Delivery of the wrong item
  • Severe spoilage due to vendor negligence (subject to verification)

To initiate a refund request, please email hello@diacureclinic.in with your order ID, issue details, and photographic evidence (if applicable) within 24 hours of delivery.

2.3 Allergic Reactions or Dissatisfaction

We strive to clearly communicate ingredients, but we do not offer refunds for allergic reactions or dissatisfaction with taste or texture. We recommend users check ingredient lists and consult with us before placing an order if they have allergies or restrictions.

3. Payment Issues or Cancellations

3.1 Duplicate Transactions

In case of accidental duplicate payments or technical errors during checkout, please contact us immediately. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded within 7 business days to the original payment method.

3.2 Order Cancellation by Diacure

In rare cases where Diacure must cancel an order (due to unavailability, vendor issues, or safety concerns), you will receive a full refund within 7 business days.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
  • In certain cases, we may offer store credit instead of a cash refund, depending on the nature of the complaint.
