Shipping and Delivery

At Diacure Nutrition and Lifestyle Clinic, we take great care to ensure timely, fresh, and reliable delivery of all food and bakery products. Please review the policy below to understand our shipping and delivery process.

1. Serviceable Locations

We currently deliver within Mumbai through our in-house contracted delivery partners. If you’re outside our service area, please contact us at hello@diacureclinic.in for future availability.

2. Delivery Schedule & Timings

  • No Deliveries on Mondays.

     

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be delivered the next working day (except Mondays).

     

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered on the second working day after the order date.

     

  • Deliveries are made between 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM.

     

3. Delivery Process

  • All deliveries are made by our in-house contracted delivery partners, ensuring quality and timely service.

     

4. Missed Deliveries

  • If the client is unavailable to receive the order in person or fails to answer the delivery partner’s phone calls, the parcel will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

     

  • In such cases, the buyer will need to pay re-delivery charges out-of-pocket, and the redelivery will be arranged through a third-party delivery provider.

     

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are included for all deliveries inside Mumbai.

     

  • Additional delivery charges may apply in case of failed delivery and reattempts through external partners.

     

6. Packaging & Freshness

  • All products are packed hygienically to maintain freshness during transit.

     

  • As these are perishable items, we strongly recommend that products be refrigerated or consumed immediately upon delivery.
